Leah and Sarah Photo-shoot

Last summer, a good friend of mine and I had a medieval photo-shoot.  Here are some pictures.  I hope you enjoy!

We were trying to make it look like the cover for a movie.

I'll start with Leah.  Leah is a very dear friend of mine.  We have had many memories together.
I'm thankful she's my friend!

She could be in a fairytale.  :)

Walking through our overgrown creek.

Turning back.

Lovely boots.

...

Attack!

A bush blew right in front of me as Leah took the picture.  I think it turned out pretty cool.

I like the white lace up next to the black boots.

Looking for a target.  We just shot at a hill.  :)

Hunting "orcs."

"Any last words?"

I wish I could shoot at moving things in the air.  Sadly I can't.

Waiting for the enemy.

Welcome to my blog!

In case you are wondering why I call my blog "Sarah'Sword," it is because I'm enjoying medieval times.  (Knights, maidens, dresses, horses, swords, etc.)  For my 13th birthday, Dad & Mom gave me two swords.  They look real even though they are not.

The cake Mom made for my birthday

The "knight of the Prince" symbol (from the Kingdom series by Chuck Black)

I'll close for now with my favorite Bible verse...

"For the Word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart."
Hebrews 4:12
