City On Our Knees-By Toby Mac

If you gotta start somewhere why not here

If you gotta start sometime why not now

If we gotta start somewhere I say here

If we gotta start sometime I say now

Through the fog there is hope in the distance

From cathedrals to third world missions

Love will fall to the earth like a crashing wave

Tonight's the night

For the sinners and the saints

Two worlds collide in a beautiful display

It's all love tonight

When we step across the line

We can sail across the sea

To a city with one king

A city on our knees

A city on our knees

Oh-oh-oh-oh-oh

New Hobbit 3 Posters

Did anyone notice the Durins fighting just above the 'Hobbit' words?  Then there's Gandalf giving a death glare, Bilbo looking extremely brave, Bard looking so grim in knowing what is to come, the elves all together, Azog being creepy, the dragon, the Lonely Mountain, the eagles, Dale, EEEEEKKK!
...and then there's Thorin looking...can we all say it together?...MAJESTIC...yet he looks somewhat sad:(

Poor Thorin.  He looks like he's having a flashback; probably about Frerin*tear*...which, btw, needs to be in the Battle of Five Armies

Do you all remember the 'grim faced warrior' in the book?  Well, the first time I saw Bard I was thinking, "That's the grim-faced warrior!"

I really like Thranduil's armor:)  Elven armies are just so graceful and gorgeous in the sun

Wouldn't that stink if Gandalf died?  ;)  Phfft...I like how this poster doesn't look cheesy.  Galadriel doesn't look like, "Eh, help me I'm going to die."  No, she looks like she is seriously concerned for Gandalf.  Her face reads, "If either of us make it out, it as to be you."

I think it's funny how the trailer makes us so concerned for Gandalf:)  Will he die?  Or will he not?  Hmm, nice try;)

not. okay.

Who else needs a trailer?  =D

Chocolate Book Tag

I was tagged by Aspen at Texas Rebel Girl for the Chocolate Book Tag.  Thanks, dear!

Let's get started=D

Dark Chocolate (a book that covers a dark topic):
I'd have to say the Children of Hurin...seeing how there's 'dark' magic, 'dark' elves, and 'dark' sources.
But I would recommend this book if you like Tolkien's writings.

White Chocolate (a light and humorous read):
The 500 Hats of Bartholomew Cubbins.  This book has always been one of my childhood favorites:)

Milk Chocolate (a book with a lot of hype that you're dying to read):
Rise of the Fallen
the second book to Chuck Black's new series

Caramel-filled Chocolate (a book that makes you feel gooey inside):
I'd have to say LOTR.  Not really gooey I guess, but more exciting.  I just love watching the movies and than reading the books and being able to point out the parts that were in the movies.

Wafer-less Kit-Kat (a book that surprised you):
The Hobbit
I guess the ending kind of surprised me when I first read it.  There were certain characters who just kind of *BOOM* died.

Snickers (a book you're going nuts about):
The Ransom!  This book is soon going to be published by Megan J. Mckeel and I can't wait to have my own copy=D

Hot Chocolate with Mimi Marshmallows (a book you turn to for comfort):
Well, besides the Bible, I normally turn to The Ransom, the same book mentioned above, the Interlock, and the Extremity.  The last two books I mentioned are the last two books in Megan's trilogy.  I guess I like turning to her books for comfort knowing that she is sharing the gospel in her writing:)

A Box of Chocolate (a series you feel has something for everyone):
Anything by Chuck Black for example, The Kingdom Series, The Knights of Arrethtrae, and Cloak of the Light

I nominate:
Lily(my big sister;)

Have fun answerin'=D
If you weren't nominated and you'd like to give your opinions of books you can put your answers in a comment on my blog:)

"I Went On an Adventure!"

Ever since I can remember, I've been longing to go on an adventure...like Bilbo Baggins.  I realized that God did put me in an adventure.  God as put my in 'My Life'.

My adventure was filled with troubles, sorrows, and pain.  But my journey was also filled with joy, peace, and happiness.  I hiked on mountains, romped through meadows, climbed trees, waded through streams, met people, and roamed with the deer.  God has put me in the best adventure!

"I Live!"

picture from Google
Yes, I'm still alive;)  I'm so sorry for not posting in a while.  I've been busy with school.  I know everyone says that but seriously, I've. been. busy. with. school.  I also haven't downloaded my pictures from off my camera, for the past several months, onto our computer so as of right now, I have nothing to post about.

Numbers 6:24-26, "The Lord bless these and keep thee: The Lord make his face to shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee: The Lord lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace."
